Forget email folders, save time, and be efficient when looking for email by using these Outlook search criteria when using Penta’s secure email solution.

“bobby moore” Items containing the exact phrase bobby moore. Note the use of double quotes so that the search results match the exact phrase within the quotes.
from:bobby Items sent from bobby. You can also use full names and quotes to get exact matches.
to:bobby Items that were sent to bobby.
from:bobby about:report Items sent from bobby where report appears in the subject line, body, and attachment contents.
subject:”bobby moore” Items whose subject contains the phrase bobby moore.
subject:bobby moore Items with bobby in the subject line and with moore anywhere else in the document.
received:last week Items that arrived last week. Also use today, tomorrow, this week, the day, month, year or date.
