Bhusan holds a PhD in AI from QMUL, UK, and completed his postdoctoral research at the University of Eastern Finland under Prof. Tomi Kinnunen, focusing on voice biometric security using AI. He leads the AI & Data Science Department at Penta. His research focuses on Generative AI, machine learning for speech and NLP, and interpretable AI. He leads projects on RAG-based conversational agents and AI search engines, with a focus on model transparency and bias understanding.
