The Large Industrial Manufacturer

Our client is an engineering company with a $1bn turnover manufacturing sophisticated high-end systems and operating in 32 countries with large production plants in half a dozen of them.

The company embarked on a five year project to implement a large-scale Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to manage and automate their end-to-end manufacturing operations across all their sites. The sites independently 
operated their own systems and processes with no integration resulting in large overheads, and dispersed supply and manufacturing processes.
